What is the assessment for?
Aquacopia was established in the late 60's with some expansion projects in the 80's and a new well in the early 2000's. They system has not been upgrades since.
With the change of ownership in June of 2025, we have taken the second half of the year to get our arms around the finances and the infrastructure update that are needed and estimates of the costs.
Major Projects we are planning for:
- Upgrading our distribution building and 3 Phase Power
- Emergency Generator capacity and automated transfer
- New variable speed charge pumps
- Intertie setup, emergency water source
- 25K Gallon wooden tank replacement
- Distribution and metering
